📸 How do I send you my dog’s photo?

After selecting your portrait style, you’ll be prompted to upload a clear photo of your pet right on the product page. Make sure your dog’s face is well-lit and in focus!

 What if I have more than one pet?

We offer a special Best Friend Duo portrait for two pets. If you have more than two, just contact us — we’re happy to work on custom designs.

🕒 How long does it take to receive my order?

Each portrait is made-to-order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production and another 3–5 business days for shipping.

Do you offer framed and unframed prints?

Yes! Most styles come in both framed and unframed options. Just choose your preference and size before checkout.

We don’t offer pre-approval proofs to keep turnaround times fast. But if you made a mistake in your upload, just reach out immediately after ordering.
